1. Extract the PULSE folder (not the ZIP itself) into your CEP extensions path.

2. Restart AE fully — not just close the panel, actually quit and reopen.
3. Look under Window > Extensions (Legacy), not the regular Extensions menu.
4. You need AE 2020 or newer.

2. Make sure you're entering the license key, not your email or order number.
3. Switched computers? Your HWID changed — request a reset from your account page or on Discord.

2. Log into your account, hit the HWID reset button on your downloads page, then install on the new machine with the same key.

3. The search server might be briefly down — wait a minute and retry.
4. If it keeps failing, restart AE.

4. Check if your firewall or antivirus is blocking AE's connections.

1. Try playing the file in a media player first — if it doesn't play, the download was interrupted.
2. Make sure you have a project open in AE before importing.
3. You can also try importing manually via File > Import > File.
4. If the file is 0 KB, download it again.

1. Narrow your search terms — big result sets take longer.
2. Close other heavy panels or apps.
3. Restart AE to clear cached data.
4. Make sure you're on the latest version.
